the only way to stop this is not rent a jet ski !!! they'll soon go bust !!! I.ve been 2 times and plan to go this yr (not to Pattaya) most holiday insurances won't cover if you get injured on a jet ski anyway !!!

jesus... i was in thailand and tried jet ski, never crossed my mind it could be a scam, luckely it was not. best 3 weeks of my life <3 got a free happy ending at a massage place though, just had to tip them. forced 1000baht of of me xD

On another note had you used a little common sense and photographed the jet ski prior to the ride you would have had proof of no damage. However, in Pattaya you should be drinking and fucking, not riding jet skis. Are you morons?

I've been there too... i kinda like it there... I never have been scammed the People are nice to me and i gained a lot in return. I love to travel and this is one of the places in Asia i prefer. I'm sorry that so many dont like it.

I've been to Thailand twice, been scammed on both occasions, BUT IT'S NOT THAT BAD. You just have to watch where you are and what you're doing - just like anywhere else. Pattaya is the lamest part of Thailand anyway, and it is the scam center of the universe.

An Indian born in Canada(or Indocanadian) will be completely different than an Indian born in India.
